Switch2Health Points are the points that you earn when you upload a valid Reward Code. These Switch2Health Points may then be redeemed for great rewards on switch2health.com/rewards.

The basic switch2health.com account only allows one upload per day per user account. If you have multiple reward codes per day, please write them down and upload the reward code the next day. The day starts and ends according to the US central time. With that said, there is no need to upload within 24 hours of the previous upload.

No. You can have both the S2H REPLAY and S2H STEP under one account. However, the system only allows one upload per account per day so you can upload a code from either the REPLAY or STEP, but not both on the same day.

We are building out lots of awesome features at switch2health.com; one of the most exciting one is the Premium Account option. The Premium Account feature is still being built, so it won't be ready for a while.

You can achieve different achievement awards throughout the program. For example, to earn the Multiple Uploader badge you need to upload 7 Reward Codes in 7 days. To earn the Power Month award, you need to upload 30 codes in 30 days. To earn the Switch2Health Socially Connected Badge, you need to connect your Facebook Account to your profile by clicking "Manage Facebook Connect" on the left panel of the screen. All the achievement badges are hidden. Can you unlock them all?

You can still use your current account with your replacement STEP or REPLAY. The serial number activates your profile, not the device. Simply upload reward codes from your new device into your existing account.

The S2H STEP
|
The S2H STEP is a fun and sophisticated pedometer that generates a 12-digit reward code for every 10,000 steps. The STEP also displays your step count, stores one code, time and date.
|

Press both buttons down for 15 seconds. If the screen is still blank, please contact customer service with your shipping address and we will ship one replacement battery.

There is a small weighted lever arm suspended with a spring inside the pedometer that goes up and down as you walk. The up and down motion opens and closes an electrical circuit. When your foot strikes the ground, the lever arm makes an electrical contact and this is recorded as a step.<br>The best place is clipped to your waistband or belt, midway between your navel and your hip, in line with your knee. The pedometer must remain upright to record correctly, not tilted forward, backward or side-to-side. The best way to find out if your pedometer is well positioned is to put your pedometer on, press reset and then do a quick 20 step count. If the pedometer is not reading between 19 and 21 steps, try a different position along your waist till you find the one that is best for you. <br><br>The step count depends on your stride length. Each person has a different walk speed, stride, gate, etc. so the count may differ but should be consistent to that individuals walking pattern. Each individual may experience slight differences registering their steps, depending on these factors (location of the STEP, type of activity, etc.) </br>

The S2H REPLAY
|
The S2H REPLAY is a fun and sophisticated activity tracker that generates a 12-digit reward code for each 60 minutes of physical activity. The REPLAY also displays your activity coach, time and date.
|

The REPLAY detects moderate to intensive activities that have lots of arm movement (eg running, dancing, basketball, soccer, tennis, jogging etc). The activity is subdivided into twenty 3-minute segments. This means that you do not need to do all 60 minutes in one go but can, for example, accumulate 15 mins activity one day, 30 the next and 15 the next to earn your Reward Code for 60 mins activity.

The S2H REPLAY monitor arm motion in a stretch of 3 minutes. To fill the activity bars you need to perform some activity that involves a lot of movement for at least a period of 3 minutes. To generate a code you need to perform an hour of cumulative activity.<br><br>The REPLAY works well for activities like running, jogging, dancing, basketball, tennis, soccer etc. as they involve constant and rigorous arm movement. Some times activities like walking might not be enough to fill up bars as it does not involve rigorous hand motions.</br>

Remove the REPLAY module from the band and press both buttons down for 20 - 25 seconds.

To reset the REPLAY hold down both the buttons simultaneously for 7-10 seconds. If you are still having problems with the REPLAY, please contact us using the form at the bottom of www.switch2health.com and one of the team will get back to you.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommends that children and adolescents participate in at least 60 minutes of moderate to intensive physical activity most days of the week, preferably daily.

Uploading your Reward Code
|
The 12-digit Reward Code will be revealed in 3 parts on the REPLAY or 4 parts on the STEP. All letters are CAPATALIZED. The invalid reward code message is displayed due to the following reasons:
- uploading the reward code in the wrong sequence of order
- wrong numbers or letters. Sometimes the number "2" looks like the letter "Z" or the number "1" looks like the letter "I"
If you are still having problems with your reward code, please contact customer service with your username, reward code and date you received the reward code. We'd be happy to further assist you.

An RMA (return merchandize authorization) number is required before a product can be returned for refund, replacement, repair or exchange. Products that are returned without an RMA number may be refused and returned to the sender, or may result in unnecessary processing delays.

From time to time a reward's point value may increase or decrease depending on a number of factors. This is typically determined by the reward partner. We advise that if you see a reward you like and have enough points to redeem it, redeem it immediately, as each reward is available in limited quantities.

When you click on REDEEM you are agreeing to the following: The redemption code is not sent through via mail. All redemption codes are sent to the user as redemption codes for use on third party websites. These codes only allow purchases online through the reward link provided after you redeem your reward. If a reward has an expiration date, please make sure to use it before that date.

There is no cost to post rewards for basic reward partner accounts.

Reward Partners post merchandise or discounts on merchandise. While S2H users earn points for their physical activity and use those points to redeem for your rewards, we require Reward Partners to post more than just the average coupon/discount. Post a coupon which is better than what consumers can get anywhere else; not a coupon they can get from the Sunday newspaper or online coupon sites. After you post the rewards, you will be notified within 48 hours for approval.

Well, there are three types of rewards to post- 1) promo codes 2) physical rewards 3) coupons. For Ôpromo codesÕ, S2H will email the user a promo code when they redeem a reward. The user will then go to your website to shop for merchandise and upon checkout will enter the promo code for the reward/discount. Physical rewards are mailed directly from the reward partner. S2H will email the reward partner the mailing address of the user who redeemed the physical reward. Coupons are to be printed out by the user who redeemed the coupon. The reward partner then provides the reward/discount to the user upon receipt of the coupon in their store/facility.

S2H will email you each time your reward is redeemed. In addition, S2H provides you with a control panel for you to manage your rewards. You can see how many people viewed your rewards, and who redeemed your rewards.
